Hello, I'm Michelle.

My journey into the mental health field took a few twists and turns before I made my way here. I
started in the Early Childhood field, working with children as a preschool teacher and director in
several daycares before having my own in-home daycare. However, after 20 years and wanting
something more, my journey took me back to school. I earned my bachelor's and master's
degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to provide help for those with anxiety, depression,
PTSD, grief, and other mental health symptoms.

We all journey for peace and calmness as we deal with our family, work, stresses, and everyday
routines. I aim to provide individuals with the guidance and skills to ease their mental health
concerns and lead healthier lives.

Insurance accepted: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Healthlink

"People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, 'Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.' I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds."
